Refund Policy

1. Bespoke digital services

OJB Digital services are bespoke digital work tailored to each client. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to custom-made or personalised goods and services once work has begun, where you have agreed to immediate performance.

2. Before work starts

If you change your mind before we begin any design or development work, contact us within 48 hours of payment and we will issue a full refund less any payment-processor fees.

3. Once work has started

Once work has begun, refunds are calculated based on the work already delivered. We aim to be fair and transparent: any partial refund will reflect time invested and assets produced. Cancellation after delivery of final files is not eligible for a refund.

4. Monthly subscriptions

Maintenance and other monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. You will not be charged again, but payments already made for the current period are non-refundable.

5. Faulty or undelivered work

If we fail to deliver a service as described, you are entitled to a repair, redo, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please email us first so we can put it right.

6. How to request a refund
