1. Who we are

OJB Digital is the data controller for personal information you provide through this website. Contact: oscarjamesbartle@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Identity & contact details (name, business name, email, phone) you submit via the contact or order form.
• Project brief content you provide so we can deliver the service you ordered.
• Payment metadata (not card details) processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number.
• Basic technical data (IP, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics.

3. How we use it

To fulfil your order, send order confirmations and updates, respond to enquiries, meet legal/accounting obligations, and improve the site. Legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interest, and your consent where required.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted processors: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database & file storage), and email infrastructure providers for transactional emails. We never sell your data.

5. Retention

Order records are kept for six years to comply with HMRC requirements. Enquiry messages are deleted within 24 months unless they relate to an active project.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or to object to processing. Email us to exercise any of these. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies

We only use essential cookies needed for the site and checkout to work. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
